Development, LLC, is requesting a rezone from RT (Rural Transition) to Rl (Estate
Residential). The 63.36-acre site is located on the south side of Beacon Light Road
approximately 800-feet west of Park Lane. This site is located in the Eagle Area of
Impact.
99-35- PDR - Callaway Ranch Subdivision Preliminary Plat - Charles Ward; Charles
Ward with Annelise Development, LLC, is requesting preliminary plat approval for
Callaway Ranch Subdivision, a 63.36-acre, 34-10t (3l-buildable) residential subdivision
located on the south side of Beacon Light Road approximately 800-feet west of Park Lane.
This site is located in the Eagle Area of Impact.
