Project Summary: Craig and Kristen Van Engelen are requesting annexation and a
rezone from RT (one unit per five acres) to R-2 (two units per acre). The site
located on the south side of Floating Feather Road approximately Y2-mile west of
Ballantyne Road.
PP-2-99 - Findines of Fact and Conclusions of Law for Colony II Subdivision
-Crai~ and Kristen Van En~elen: Project Summary: Craig and Kristen Van
Engelen are requesting preliminary plat approval for Colony II Subdivision, a
50.27-acre, 79 lot residential subdivision located on the south side of Floating
Feather Road approximately Y2-mile west of Ballantyne Road.
