A. CU-5-97 - Cellular Transmission Facilitv - Carl Stearns: Kim Garrick with AT&T Wireless
Services, represented by Carl Stearns with JUB Engineers, is requesting conditional use approval
to construct and operate a cellular transmission facility with a 110' tower and a 336 sq. ft.
equipment storage building. The 53-acre site is located approximately nO-feet east of Edgewood
Lane and 800-feet north of State Street at 350 S. Edgewood Lane. [Carl Stearns is requesting this
item be continued to the December 15, 1997 meeting.]
