PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. CU-5-97 - Cellular Transmission Facility - Carl Stearns: Kim Garrick with AT&T Wireless
Services, represented by Carl Stearns with JUB Engineers, is requesting conditional use approval
to construct and operate a cellular transmission facility with a 110' tower and a 336 sq. ft.
equipment storage building. The 53-acre site is located approximately nO-feet east of Edgewood
Lane and SOD-feet north of State Street at 350 S. Edgewood Lane. (This item was continued
from the November 11, 1997 meeting)
V AC-3-97 Redwood Creek Easement Vacation: Redwood Creek Development,
represented by Briggs Engineering, Inc., is requesting a vacation to the final plat of
Redwood Creek Subdivision No.2. The proposed vacation would allow the removal of all
easements along the common lot line between lot 9 and 10, Block 4. The 80-acre
residential subdivision consists of 69 lots and is located on the north side of State Highway
44 approximately 1.8 miles west of Eagle Road.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. 97-22-RC & 97-31-PDC- Rezone from RR to C-l. Planned Commercial Development.
and Conditional Use Permit - Lloyd CamobeU. Lloyd Campbell is requesting approval
of a rezone from RR (Rural Residential) to C-l (Neighborhood Commercial), approval of a
planned commercial development for a 1,400-square foot building with indoor and outdoor
seating and drive-up window for sales of espresso coffee, yogurt, and other related items,
and approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Drive-up window. The 1.09-acre site is
located on the southwest comer of Beacon Light Road and new State Highway 55. This is
in the Area of Impact.
