A. Timeline for Comprehensive Plan Amendments: The Zoning Administrator has
submitted a list of potential Comprehensive Plan amendments so the Commission may
determine a timeline for action. This item was briefly discussed by the Commission on
April 14, 1997.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

NEW BUSINESS:
A. DR-8-97 - Multi-Tenant Retail Building in Channel Center Subdivision - B.B. One. Inc.: B.B.
One, Inc.(Dennis Baker and Associates), represented by Dan Torfin, is requesting design review
approval for a 8,746 sq. ft. retail building proposed to be located in the new Channel Center
commercial subdivision at 60 I Rivershore Lane. The I.I-acre site is located on the southwest
comer ofW Inlet Bay Ln. and Eagle Rd., approximately 400-feet south of new State Highway 44.
