Fuerte de la Aguila Subdivision: A 3 lot subdivision on 1.08 acres in and
existing C2 zoning district. The proposal is located on the north side of State
Street and the SE corner of Palmetto, and does not include any road construction,
public or private, all three lots will access Palmetto, an existing street.

lot planned residential development and a zone change ftom RT (Rural Transition)
to Rl (Estate Residential). The property contains 7.6 acres and is located just
south of the southwest corner ofN. Park Lane and W. Beacon Light Road.
