Dear Planning and Zoning Members:
The Eagle City Council has scheduled a Special Council
meeting for Tuesday, March 5th at the Eagle City Hall at
7:00 P.M. for the purpose of reconsidering the DeShazo CUP/
PUD and a workshop on the Comprehensive Plan will follow.
There is no new business scheduled for the Planning
and Zoning meeting for March and Mr. Hill will be out of
town so the Planning and Zoning meeting has been canceled.
If any of you would like to attend the council meeting on
the 5th you are welcome.
Enclosed with this letter are the minutes and Findings
of Fact and Conclusions of Law from the February Planning
and Zoning meeting, also a letter that we have received
from the P.U.C.
