and Zoning Commission meeting
of February 1, 1983.

Public Hearing for Change to the
Comprehensive Plan submitted by
Leslie Cullen.

OLD BUSINESS:
Review maps for the amended Comprehen-
sive Plan.

ADJOURNMENT
Dear Planning & Zoning members: Enclosed with your agenda
is a copy of the minutes, the application for a Change to
the Comprehensive Plan, and a revised page 13 for your
Zoning Ordinance #40. We also will have an application
for a Conditional Use Permit and Deve1opement Permit
submitted by the Eagle Sewer District. I will hand out
the packet for that application at the meeting on the
1st of March. The Mayor has asked for a Public Hearing
on the matter, on March 15, at 7:00 P.M. at the School.
The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet at 7:00 for
the Public Hearing and then the Council will join you
for the workshop on the amended Comprehensive Plan.
