Dear Planning & Zoning Member:
A workshop will be held Thursday night, July 24th at 7:30
P.M.
The purpose of the workshop is to study an annexation
package that will be presented at the regular August
meeting of Planning and Zoning.
The attorney will be at the workshop meeting and at the
regular meeting to answer any questions you may have on
the process of annexation.
I have included with this notice a copy of the notice that
was in the newspaper and delivered to all residents within
300 feet of the property in question.
It is imperative that all members attend both meetings.
