3. CONSENT AGENDA:
Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda
for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular
Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of
Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review’s Consent Agenda approval motion
unless specifically stated otherwise.

B. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-13-17 – Trailhead Parking and
Pathways within Pamela Baker Park – Dennis M. Baker Foundation: Dennis M.
Baker Foundation, represented by Dan Torfin, is requesting design review approval to
construct a trailhead parking lot and pathway within Pamela Baker Park. The pathway
will connect the pathway along East Colchester Drive to the Boise River Greenbelt
located on the south side of the south channel of the Boise River just east of Laguna Point
Subdivision (Coast to Coast Subdivision). The 23.05-acre site is located on the north side
of East Colchester Drive, adjacent to Lakemoor Subdivision No. 2.
C. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-16-16 MOD – Modification to the
Common Area Landscaping within Lanewood Subdivision (aka: Homestead
Subdivision) – Smith Brighton, Inc.: Smith Brighton, Inc., represented by Jonathan
Wardle, is requesting design review approval to modify the common area landscaping
within Lanewood Subdivision (aka: Homestead Subdivision) to include a pool, pool
house (924-SF), pavilion (864-SF), mailbox kiosk (329-SF), decorative fencing, and
other minor landscape modifications. The 110.95-acre site is located on the north side of
West Floating Feather Road between North Lanewood Road and North Linder Road.
D. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-18-17 – Subdivision Entry Signage
For Lanewood Subdivision (aka: Homestead Subdivision) – Smith Brighton, Inc.:
Smith Brighton, Inc., represented by Jonathan Wardle, is requesting design review
approval to construct three (3) subdivision entry signs for Lanewood Subdivision (aka:
Homestead Subdivision). The signs are proposed to be located at the following
intersections: West Floating Feather Road and North Champions Way, North Lanewood
Road and West Venetian Street, and West Floating Feather Road and North Linder Road.
The 110.95-acre site is located on the north side of West Floating Feather Road between
North Lanewood Road and North Linder Road.

5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. DR-20-17 – Common Area Landscaping within VaLynn Village Subdivision – Roth
Homes: Roth Homes, represented by Ben Semple with Breckon Land Design, is
requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within VaLynn
Village Subdivision. The 4.64-acre site is located at the terminus of West Cowman Court
and South Gardean Way at 701 West Cowman Court.
