ROLL CALL: GRUBB, BRASHER, SAYER, SCHAFER, BAER, GERMANO, KOCI 3. CONSENT AGENDA:  Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.  Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review’s Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. A. Minutes of September 8, 2016. B. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-47-16 – Medical Office Building in Eagle Tennis Club No. 2 – Rennison Companies, Inc.: Rennison Companies, Inc., represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren:Labrie Architecture, PLLC, is requesting design review approval to construct a two story 6,488-square foot medical office building. The 0.59-acre site is located on the southeast corner of East Riverside Drive and South Edgewood Lane at 1592 East Riverside Drive within Tennis Club Plaza Subdivision No. 2. C. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-48-16 – Master Sign Plan for a Medical Office Building – Rennison Companies, Inc.: Rennison Companies, Inc., represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren:Labrie Architecture, PLLC, is requesting design review approval for a master sign plan for a medical office building. The 0.59- acre site is located on the southeast corner of East Riverside Drive and South Edgewood Lane at 1592 East Riverside Drive within Tennis Club Plaza Subdivision No. 2. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. DR-43-16 – Convert Residential Dwelling into an Office Building – Shawn Nickel: Shawn Nickel with SLN Planning, is requesting design review approval to convert an existing 1,335-square foot residential dwelling into an office building and a 1,100-square foot garage into a storage building. The 0.33-acre site is located on the west side of North Eagle Road approximately 675-feet north of West State Street at 247 North Eagle Road. This item was continued from the August 25, 2016, Design Review Board meeting. B. DR-44-16-Monument Sign for an Office Building – Shawn Nickel: Shawn Nickel with SLN Planning, is requesting design review approval to construct a monument sign for an office building. The 0.33-acre site is located on the west side of North Eagle Road approximately 675-feet north of West State Street at 247 North Eagle Road.
