ROLL CALL:GRUBB, BRASHER, SAYER, MARTIN, HASH, SCHAFER, BAER 2. CONSENT AGENDA: 3.  Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.  Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review’s Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. A. Minutes of February 26, 2015. Finding of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-03-15 –Assisted Living Facility B. (Nursing/Convalescent Home) – William Hines: William Hines, represented by Joel Howes with Design Resources Architects PLLC, is requesting design review approval to construct a 53,510-square foot (86-unit) assisted living facility. The 5.25-acre site is located on the north side of West Chinden Boulevard approximately ¼-mile west of Meridian Road at 430 and 450 West Chinden Boulevard. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 4. None. NEW BUSINESS: 5. DR-68-14 – Common Area Landscaping and Pool House within Lilac Springs Subdivision – A. Coleman Homes, LLC: Coleman Homes, LLC represented by Chris Taylor, is requesting design review approval to construct the common area landscaping and pool house within Lilac Springs Subdivision. The 64-acre site is located on the northwest corner of West Floating Feather Road and North Lanewood Road. DR-04-15 – Restaurant with Drive-Thru – Eagle River, LLC: B. Eagle River LLC, represented by Cheryl Pearse with Erstad Architects is requesting design review approval to construct a 1,920-square foot restaurant with drive-thru. The 0.45-acre site is generally located on the southeast corner of East Riverside Drive and Eagle Road at 125 East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development. City Comprehensive Plan Review Committee C. – Selection of a member of the Eagle Design Review Board to represent the Board on the Eagle Comprehensive Plan Review Committee. The purpose of the committee is to review the existing plan and outreach with citizens and property owners to establish a list of potential issues and concerns to be considered for inclusion in a potential re-write of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
