Landscaping within Bellaterra Subdivision No. 2 – Iron Mountain Real Estate: Iron Mountain Real Estate, represented by Jeremy Amar, is requesting design approval of the common area landscaping within Bellaterra Subdivision No. 2. The 17.97-acre site is located on the east side of North Linder Road approximately ¼-mile north of Floating Feather Road. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 4. None. NEW BUSINESS: 5. DR-73-13– Change of Use from Storage/Warehouse to Personal Improvement – A. Eagle Elite Evolution, LLC: Eagle Elite Evolution, LLC is requesting design review approval to change the use of a 5,043-square foot building from storage/warehouse to personal improvement.
