There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.  Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review’s Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. Master Sign Plan, Including Signage for the Idaho Youth Ranch –Guho Corporation: Guho Corporation, represented by Nick Guho, is requesting design review sign approval for the master sign plan for Eagle Towne Plaza, including signage for the Idaho Youth Ranch. The site is located on the northeast corner of West State Street and Eagle Glen Road at 300 West State Street. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 4. None. NEW BUSINESS: 5. DR-57-13 – Residential Apartment with Garage Parking Below – Evermore A. Investments LLC: Evermore Investments LLC, represented by James Gipson, is requesting design review approval to construct a residential apartment with garage stnd parking below (1 floor garage and carport – 1,291-sqaure feet and 2 floor residential apartment – 936-square feet). The existing 965-sqaure foot residence is to remain. The 0.16-acre site is located on the south side of East Idaho Street st approximately 100-feet east of 1 Street at 147 East Idaho Street.
