There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent
Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the
Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.

Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City
of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review’s Consent Agenda approval

Master Sign Plan – Cottonwood Capital LLC:
Cottonwood Capital LLC,
represented by Cindy Huebert with BRS Architects, is requesting design review
approval for a master sign plan for Three Oaks Plaza. The 3.64-acre site is located on
the west side of South Eagle Road approximately 370-feet north of State Highway 44
at 265 South Eagle Road.

DR-15-02 MOD – Modification to the Eagle River Development Master Sign
A.
Plan – Eagle River LLC:
Eagle River LLC, represented by John Swartz, is
requesting design review approval to modify the master sign plan for Eagle River
Development. The modification includes increasing the height of the two shared
monument signs proposed along Eagle Road for the buildings located between East
Riverside Drive and State Highway 44. The site is located at the southeast corner of
State Highway 44 and Eagle Road.
