Gemstar Development, LLC,
represented by Scott Noiyuki with Northside Management, is requesting a
modification to the design review application for the common area landscaping within
Corrente Bello Planned Unit Development. The 94.89-acre site is located on the north
side of Floating Feather Road approximately ½-mile west of Eagle Road on the west
and north sides of Eagle Middle School.
