Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.

Jason and Victoria Ritchie are requesting design review approval to
construct a two story, 2,864-square foot commercial/retail building for Spoons
Kitchen Store. The 0.28-acre site is located on the west side of Eagle Road
approximately 800-feet south of State Street at 221 South Eagle Road.
