DR-53-07 - Single-tenant Office Building within Castlebury West Business

Park - Steed Construction:
Steed Construction, represented by Stan Cole with
Steed Construction, is requesting design review approval to construct a 7,800-square
foot single story, single-tenant office building. The 0.62-acre site is located on the
northwest corner of West Chinden Boulevard (SH 20/26) and North Meridian Road at
6615 North Meridian Road (within Castlebury West Business Park).
DR-54-07 -Two Building Wall Signs for Oasis Medical Center - Steed

requesting design review approval to construct two (2) building wall signs for the
Oasis Medical Center Building. The 0.62-acre site is located on the northwest corner
