Dave Evans Construction is requesting design
review approval to construct a 4,200-square foot single story, multi-tenant office
building. The 0.33-acre site is located on the south side of East Winding Creek Drive
approximately 128-feet west of South Academy Avenue at 1259 East Winding Creek
Drive.

Winding Creek Drive (Lot 8, Block 1, Winding Creek East Subdivision).

Subdivision. The 17.90-acre site is located on the east side of North Meridian Road
between Beacon Light and Floating Feather Road at 2650 North Meridian Road.
