with CHSQA, is requesting design review approval to convert ten apartment buildings
into 88 residential condominiums and construct a 1,387-square foot clubhouse facility.
The site is located on the south side of East State Street, approximately 160-feet west
of Palmetto Avenue at 727 East State Street.
