Shadow Mountain Construction, represented by Don
Flynn, is requesting design review approval to modify the master sign plan for the
Flynn multi-tenant office building to include individual building wall signs. The
applicant is also requesting approval of three (3) building wall signs with this
application, “Flynn Building”, “Shadow Mountain Homes”, and “Treasure Valley
Hearing”. The site is located on the east side of Palmetto Avenue approximately 250-

18.93-acre, 11 lot subdivision is located on the south side of West Beacon Light Road
