Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.

Landscaping within Lighthouse Subdivision - Rinconada Development:
Rinconada Development, represented by Eric Jensen with Jensen Belts Associates,
PLLC, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within
Lighthouse Subdivision. The 19.35-acre site is located on the south side of West
Beacon Light Road approximately ½-mile east of Ballantyne Lane at 1101 West
Beacon Light Road.

acre site is located on the south side of East Riverside Drive approximately 1,500-feet
west of Edgewood Lane at 827 East Riverside Drive.
