Luke’s Regional Medical Center, represented by Thomas Zabala, AIA, with ZGA
Architects and Planners, is requesting design review approval of a master sign plan for
the St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center. The site is located on the southwest corner
of East State Street and Horseshoe Bend Road at 3101 East State Street.

area landscaping and a 32,070-square foot sports academy facility within Legacy PUD.
The 228-acre site is generally located near the southwest corner of Floating Feather
Road and Linder Road.

site is located at the southwest corner of Hill Road and South Wooddale Avenue at
219-231 South Wooddale Avenue.
