Corrente Bello Estates, LLC, represented by Matthew Adams with
The Land Group, is requesting design review approval to modify the central common
area within Corrente Bello Subdivision Phase 2. The modification consists of the
installation of two (2) ponds, gazebo, pathway and a pedestrian bridge. The site is
located on the north side of Floating Feather Road approximately ½-mile west of
Eagle Road on the west and north sides of Eagle Middle School.
