DR-02-06 – Entry Structure and Monument Sign for Corrente Bello Planned

Todd Hill –
Riconada Development, LLC, represented by Matt Adams with The Land Group, Inc.,
is requesting design review approval to construct an entry structure and monument
sign for Corrente Bello Planned Unit Development. The 94.89–acre site is located on
the north side of Floating Feather Road approximately ½-mile west of Eagle Road.
