Buildin2 into a Multi-tenant Buildin2 - Dave Buich: Dave Buich, represented by
Scott Marshall with LKV Architects, is requesting design review approval to convert
a 4,344-square foot church building into a multi-tenant office building. The site is
located on the west side of North Eagle Road approximately 600-feet north of State
Street at 223 North Eagle Road.
C. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-41-04 - Master Si2n Plan for a
Multi-tenant Office Buildin2 - Dave Buich: Dave Buich, represented by Scott
Marshall with LKV Architects, is requesting design review approval of a master sign
plan for a multi-tenant office building. The site is located on the west side of North
Eagle Road approximately 600-feet north of State Street at 223 North Eagle Road.
D. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-I07-04 - Common Area
Landscapin2 and Club House within The Shores Subdivision - Rocky Rid2e
Construction: Rocky Ridge Construction, represented by Doug Russell with The
Land Group, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping
and a 4,372-square foot club house within The Shores Subdivision. The site is
located west of Eagle Road at 707, 781, 799,807,844, and 1201 West South Channel
Road.

The Shores Subdivision - Rocky Rid2e Construction: Rocky Ridge Construction,

New Horizon Child Care - New Horizon Child Care: New Horizon Child Care,
represented by Neil Caldwell with Idaho Electric Signs Inc., is requesting design
review approval to construct a building wall sign for the New Horizon Child Care
facility. The site is located on the north side of East State Street approximately 370-
feet west of Conover Street at 1740 East State Street.
G. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-ll 1-04 - Common Area
Landscapin2 within Tan2lerose Subdivision - Michael Homan: Michael Homan,
represented by Phil Hull with The Land Group, is requesting design review approval
of the common area landscaping within Tanglerose Subdivision. The site is located
on the south side of Beacon Light Road approximately 1,600-feet west of North Eagle
Road.
H. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-112-04 - Modification to
Existin2 Monument Si2n at the Ea2le Church of the Nazarene: The Eagle Church
of the Nazarene, represented by John Oord, is requesting design review approval to
modify the monument sign at the Eagle Church of the Nazarene. The site is located
on the south side of West State Street approximately 3,350-feet west of Eagle Road at
1001 West State Street.

A. DR-I02-04 - Two StOry Multi-tenant Office Buildin2 - Kim Evans: Kim Evans,
represented by Tamura and Associates, is requesting design review approval to
construct a 14,750-square foot two story multi-tenant office building. The site is
located approximately 450-feet south of East Shore Drive at 923 South Bridgeway
Place (Lot 22, Block 4, Mixed Use Subdivision No.5).
B. DR-IO3-04 - Master Si2n Plan for a Two StOry Multi-tenant Office Buildin2-
Kim Evans: Kim Evans, represented by Tamura and Associates, is requesting design
review approval of a master sign plan for a two story multi-tenant office building.
The site is located approximately 450-feet south of East Shore Drive at 923 South
Bridgeway Place (Lot 22, Block 4, Mixed Use Subdivision No.5).
C. DR-113-04 - Health Club Facility - Idaho Athletic Club: Idaho Athletic Club,
represented by Andrew Davis with BRS Architects, is requesting design review
approval to construct an 11,056-square foot health club facility. The site is located on
the north side of East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development at 950 East
Riverside Drive (Lot 7, Block 3, Mixed Use Subdivision No.4).
D. DR-114-04 - Two Buildin2 Wall Si2ns and One Monument Si2n for Idaho
Athletic Club - Idaho Athletic Club: Idaho Athletic Club, represented by Diane
Mazy with Aim Sign Company, is requesting design review approval to construct two
(2) building wall signs and one monument sign for Idaho Athletic Club. The site is
located on the north side of East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development at

represented by Phil Hull with The Land Group, is requesting design review approval
to construct a 2,500-square foot multi-tenant office building. The site is located on
the north side of East State Street within Winding Creek Development.
F. DR-116-04 - Master Si2n Plan for a Multi-tenant Office Buildin2 - DOU2 Victor:
Doug Victor, represented by Phil Hull with The Land Group, is requesting design
review approval of a master sign plan for a multi-tenant office building. The site is

Mike Marrs, represented by Walter Lindgren with Johnson Architects, is requesting
design review approval of a master sign plan for a multi-tenant office building. The
site is located on the north side of East State Street within Winding Creek
Development.
I. DR-119-04 - Veterinary Animal Hospital and Retail Buildin2 - Todd Weltner:
Todd Weltner, represented by Clinton Yaka with BRS Architects, is requesting design
review approval to construct a 6,500-square foot veterinary animal hospital and retail
building. The site is located within Eagle Promenade approximately 216-feet north of
East State Street at 3060 East State Street.
J. DR-120-04 - Master Si2n Plan for a Multi-tenant Veterinary Animal Hospital
and Retail Buildin2 - Todd Weltner: Todd Weltner, represented by Jason Keeble
with Classic Design Studio, is requesting design review approval for a master sign
plan for a multi-tenant veterinary animal hospital and retail building. The site is
located within Eagle Promenade approximately 216-feet north of East State Street at
3060 East State Street.
