LLC: lIB One, LLC, represented by Roger Llewellyn with Golden West Advertising Inc., is requesting design review approval to construct a monument sign and building wall sign for the Domino's Pizza Restaurant. The site is located on the north side of State Street approximately 1O0-feet west of Stierman Way at 498 East State Street. This item was continued from the January 8,2004 meeting. B.
