Findines of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-I-99 MOD - Modifications to the Exterior Buildine: Elevations of the Ranch Buildine - Heartland Construction: Heartland Construction, represented by George Transtrum, is requesting a design review modification to the Ranch Building. This modification includes changing the exterior colors, the addition of windows and doors to the building elevations, and includes reviewing the elevations of the pump house. This application is for the review and approval of a 23,200-square foot building and to convert a 1,300-square foot residential home into an office.
