CONSENT AGENDA:
Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda
for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular
Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of
Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion
unless specifically stated otherwise.

B. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law DR-29-99 MOD - Existine:
Landscapine: at the Eae:le Church of the Nazarene - Eae:le Church of the
Nazarene: Eagle Church of the Nazarene, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the existing landscaping at
the Eagle Church of the Nazarene which has been modified from the approved
landscape plan for this site. The site is located on the south side of State Street
approximately %-mile west of Eagle Road at 100 I West State Street.
C. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law DR-64-01 - Extend Existine: Wireless
Monopole to 13S-feet in Heie:ht - Cricket Communications: Cricket
Communications, represented by Pacific Telecom Services, is requesting design
review approval of a IS-foot extension to the existing I20-foot high monopole. The
site is located west of Horseshoe Bend Road within Republic Storage Facility,
approximately I,300-feet north of State Street.
D. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law DR-6S-01- Monument Sie:n for Eae:le
Vacuum and Home Decor - Lawson Casad: Lawson Casad is requesting design
review approval to construct a monument sign for Eagle Vacuum and Home Decof.
The site is located on the north side of State Street approximately 1~ mile east of
Eagle Road at 360 East State Street.
E. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law DR-67-01 - Common Area
Landscapine: within Eae:le River Development Phase II (Mixed Use Subdivision)
- Eae:le River LLC: Eagle River LLC, represented by Phil Hull with The Land
Group, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within
Eagle River Development Phase II (Mixed Use Subdivision). The site is located
south of State Highway 44 and east of phase one of Eagle River Development.

A. Draft Tree Fund Ordinance - An ordinance of the City of Eagle, Ada County,
Idaho, addition Title 8, Chapter 2A, Section 7-0-3 of the Eagle City Code, providing
for the creation of a tree fund to be used as an alternate method of compliance with
landscaping and buffer requirements.
B. Eae:le Fire Department Mechanical Screenine: - Design Review Board to review
existing mechanical screening at the Eagle Fire Department.

A. DR-66-01 - Office Buildine: within Casa Escuela Subdivision - Shannon Robnett:
Shannon Robnett is requesting design review approval to construct a 4,872-square
foot office building. The 0.43-acre site is located east side of Academy Way
approximately 300-feet north of State Street at 208 South Academy Way within Cas a
Escuela Subdivision. This item was continued from the October 18, 2001 meeting.
B. DR-68-01- Professional Office Buildine: within Casa Escuela Subdivision - Brent
and Stephanie Hadley: Brent and Stephanie Hadley, represented by Patrick
McKeegan Architect, are requesting design review approval to construct a 2,487-
square foot professional office building. The 0.43-acre site is located east side of
Academy A venue approximately 530-feet north of State Street within Casa Escuela
Subdivision.
C. DR-69-01 - Research and Development Facility - Coretronics Inc.: Coretronics
Inc., represented by Patrick McKeegan Architect, is requesting design review
approval to construct an 8,56I-square foot research and development facility. The
0.93-acre site is located south side of Iron Eagle Drive approximately 900-feet west of
Edgewood Lane within Rocky Mountain Business Park.
D. DR-70-01 - Master Sie:n Plan for Eae:le Medallion Professional Center Includine:
a Wall Sie:n for Daniel Howard DDS - Daniel Howard DDS. PC: Daniel Howard
DDS, PC, represented by Classic Design Studio, is requesting design review approval
of a master sign plan for the Eagle Medallion Professional Center including a wall
sign for Daniel Howard DDS. The site is located on the north side of State Street
approximately 300-feet west of Palmetto A venue at 600 and 700 East State Street.
E. DR-71-01- Two Monument Sie:ns for Castlebury Subdivision - Capital
Development Inc.: Capital Development Inc., represented by David Koga with The
Land Group, is requesting design review approval to construct two monument signs at
the entry to Castlebury Subdivision. The site is located on the north side of Chinden
Boulevard approximately ~-mile west of Locust Grove Road at 990 East Chinden
Boulevard.

F. DR- 72-01 - Master Sie:n Plan for Iron Eae:le I and II Multi-Tenant Buildine:s
with Rocky Mountain Business Park - RSG. LLC: RSG, LLC, represented by
Craig Jamieson with Idaho Electric Signs, is requesting design review approval of a
master sign plan for the Iron Eagle I and II multi-tenant buildings within Rocky
Mountain Business Park. The site is located on the north side of Iron Eagle Drive
approximately 700-feet west of Edgewood Lane at 1250 East Iron Eagle Drive.
G. DR-73-01- Monument Sie:n for Primary Colors Daycare Facility within Rocky
Mountain Business Park - A'a LLC: A'a, LLC, represented by Kinetic Graphics, is
requesting design review approval of a monument sign for the Primary Colors
Daycare Facility located within Rocky Mountain Business Park. The site is located on
the south side of Iron Eagle Drive approximately 700-feet west of Edgewood Lane at
1323 East Iron Eagle Drive.
H. DR-35-01 MOD - Subway Wall Sie:n for Fast Eddy's Chevron - Fast Eddy
Chevron: Fast Eddy Chevron, represented by Diane Mazy with Aim Sign Company,
is requesting design review approval to construct a wall sign for the Fast Eddy
Chevron Subway on the north side of the building. The site is located on the
southwest comer of Beacon Light Road and State Highway 55 at 12725 State
Highway 55.
