CONSENT AGENDA:
. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent
Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the
Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.

B. DR-30-01- Voice Stream Co-location Antenna - Cricket Communications:
Cricket Communications, represented by Kirk Johnson, is requesting design
review approval to construct a telecommunications antenna on the existing Voice
Stream antenna. The site is located on the west side of Horseshoe Bend Road
within Republic Storage at 8785 North Horseshoe Bend Road.
C. DR-32-01 - Two Monument Sie:ns for Red Leaf Heie:hts Subdivision -
Hillview Development Corporation: Hillview Development Corporation,
represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting design
review approval to construct two monument signs for the entry to Red Leaf
Heights Subdivision. The site is located on the southeast comer of Floating
Feather Road and Eagle Road.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. DR-68-00 - Common Area Landscapine: for Banbury Meadows Subdivision No.
S - Banbury Meadows LLC: Banbury Meadows LLC, represented by Dick Phillips,
is requesting design review approval of the landscaping within the common area of
Banbury Meadows Subdivision No.5. The site is located on the east and west sides
of Locust Grove Road extended approximately Y2 mile north of Chinden Boulevard.
This item was continued from the May 10, 2001 meeting.
B. DR-23-01 - Monument Sie:n for Eae:le Professional Plaza - Esco. Inc.: Esco, Inc.,
represented by Diane Mazy with Aim Sign Co., is requesting design review approval
to construct a monument sign for the Eagle Professional Plaza. The site is located on
the south side of State Street at 589 East State Street. This item was continued from
the May 10,2001 meeting.

Bauwens with Dakota Company, Inc., is requesting design review approval of the
interior parking lot lighting within Trolley Square Shopping Center. The site is
located north of State Street and approximately 200-feet west of Academy Way
within Trolley Square Shopping Center.
D. DR-2S-01 - Two Professional Office Buildine:s within Casa Escuela Subdivision
- Larry and Vicky Coelho: Larry and Vicky Coelho, represented by Mark Butler
with Land Consultants Inc., is submitting revised landscape and lighting plans for the
two professional office buildings located within Casa Escuela Subdivision. The site
is located on the east side of Academy A venue approximately 300-feet north of State
Street at 172 and 208 Academy A venue.
E. DR-27-01 - Professional Office Buildine: within Rocky Mountain Business Park -
Sarah Hawkes: Sarah Hawkes, represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants
Inc., is submitting revised building elevations for the professional office building
located within the Rocky Mountain Business Park. The site is located on the south
side of Fitness Place approximately 600-feet south of Iron Eagle Drive at 500 Fitness
Place.

A. DR-21-01 - Dental Office - Brenden Clements: Brenden Clements, represented by
James Gipson, is requesting design review approval to construct a 5,000-square foot
dental office. The site is located on the southwest comer of Eagle Road and Floating
Feather Road at 1177 North Eagle Road.
B. DR-28-01 - Two Buildine: Wall Sie:ns and One Monument Sie:n for Sherwin
Williams Paint Store - Sherwin Williams: Sherwin Williams, represented by Jeff
Carico with Image National Signs, is requesting design review approval to construct
two building wall signs and one monument sign for the Sherwin Williams paint store.
The site is located on the south side of State Street just west of Palmetto A venue at
753 East State Street.
C. DR-29-01 - Common Area Landscapine: within Yorkshire Acres Subdivision -
Robert DeShazolBerkshire West: Robert DeShazo/Berkshire West, represented by
Douglas Landwer, is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping within Yorkshire Acres Subdivision. The site is located on the south side
of Floating Feather Road approximately 800-feet east of State Highway 55 at 2471
East Floating Feather Road.
D. DR-31-01 - Professional DentaVMedical Office Buildine: - Joel Courtial DDS: Joel
Courtial DDS, represented by mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting
design review approval to construct a 4,450-square foot professional dental/medical
office building. The site is located on the west side of Stierman Way approximately
150-feet north of State Street at 151 Stierman Way.

by Jim Glancy with Glancy - Rockwell and Associates, is requesting design review
approval to construct a 7,000-square foot daycare facility. The site is located on the
south side of Iron Eagle Drive approximately l,O12-feet west of Edgewood Lane at
1323 East Iron Eagle Drive.
F. DR-34-01 - Common Area Landscapine: within Arbor Ride:e Subdivision Phase I
- Stacia Patterson: Stacia Patterson, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping within Arbor Ridge Subdivision Phase I. The site is located north of Hill
Road and west of State Highway 55.
G. DR-3S-01- Subway Wall Sie:n for Fast Eddy Chevron - Fast Eddy Chevron:
Fast Eddy Chevron, represented by Craig Jamieson with Idaho Electric Signs Co., is
requesting design review approval to construct a wall sign for the Fast Eddy Chevron
Subway. The site is located on the southwest comer of Beacon Light Road and State
Highway 55 at 12725 State Highway 55.
