A. DR-68-00 - Common Area Landscapine Cor Banbury Meadows Subdivision No.5 -
Banbury Meadows LLC: Banbury Meadows LLC, represented by Dick Phillips, is
requesting design review approval of the landscaping within the common area of Banbury
Meadows Subdivision No.5. The site is located on the east and west sides of Locust Grove
Road extended approximately Y2 mile north of Chinden Boulevard. This item was continued
from the April 12, 2001 meeting.
B. DR-15-01 - Flex Space Buildine within Rocky Mountain Business Park - Eaele Land
LLC: Eagle Land LLC, represented by Mike Fairchild, is requesting design review approval
to construct a 13,511-square foot flex space building. The site is located approximately 200-
feet east of Plaza Drive and approximately 200-feet north of Iron Eagle Drive within the
Rocky Mountain Business Park at 1117 East Plaza Drive. This item was continued from the
April 12, 2001 meeting.
C. DR-17-01- Dance Studio and Office Buildine within Rocky Mountain Business Park-
Carol Tone: Carol Tong, represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is
requesting design review approval to construct a 5,700-square foot dance studio and office
building. The site is located approximately 200-feet south of Iron Eagle Drive within the
Rocky Mountain Business Park at 500 South Fitness Place. This item was continued from the
April 12, 2001 meeting.

A. DR-21-01- Dentist Office Buildine - Brenden Clements: Brenden Clements, represented
by James Gipson, is requesting design review approval to construct a 5,ooO-square foot dental
office building. The site is located on the southwest comer of Eagle Road and Floating
Feather Road at 1177 North Eagle Road. This item was continued from the April 12, 2001
meeting.
B. DR-23-01 - Monument Sien for Eaele ProCessional Plaza - Esco. Inc.: Esco, Inc.,
represented by Diane Mazy with Aim Sign Co., is requesting design review approval to
construct a monument sign for the Eagle Professional Plaza. The site is located on the south
side of State Street at 589 East State Street.
C. DR-24-01 - Master Sien Plan for Road House Bar-B-O Buildine - Ross Tilburv: Ross
Tilbury, represented by Roger Llewellyn with Golden West Advertising, is requesting design
review approval of a master sign plan for the Road House Bar-B-Q building. The site is
located on the southeast comer of Fitness Place and Iron Eagle Drive within Rocky Mountain
Business Park at 1059 Iron Eagle Drive.
D. DR-25-01 - Two ProCessional Office Buildines within Casa Escuela Subdivision - Larry
and Vicky Coelho: Larry and Vicky Coelho, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval to construct two professional office

buildings totaling 9,976-square feet (one 5,151-square foot building and one 4,825-square foot
building). The site is located on the east side of Academy Avenue approximately 300-feet
north of State Street within the Casa Escuela Subdivision at 172 and 208 Academy A venue
(Lot 4 and 5, Block 1, Casa Escuela Subdivision).
E. DR-26-01 - Common Area Landscapine within Williamsbure Subdivision (to be
developed as Eaele Crest Subdivision) - Asin Homes: Asin Homes, represented by Mark
Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping within Williamsburg Subdivision (to be developed as Eagle Crest Subdivision, a
re-subdivision of Benchmark Subdivision and formally Phase 11 of Lexington Hills
Subdivision (a 56-space manufactured home park). The site is located on the west side of
Horseshoe Bend Road approximately '12 mile north of Floating Feather Road.
F. DR-27-01 - Professional Office Buildine within Rocky Mountain Business Park - Sarah
Hawkes: Sarah Hawkes, represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is
requesting design review approval to construct a 6,684-square foot professional office
building. The site is located on the south side of Fitness Place approximately 6oo-feet south
of Iron Eagle Drive within Rocky Mountain Business Park at 500 Fitness Place.
