CONSENT AGENDA.
. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There
will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City
Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion.
Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a
sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
. Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of
Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion
unless specifically stated otherwise.

B. DR-3-01 - Buildine Wall Sien for Healthsouth - Healthsouth:Healthsouth, represented
by Debbie Anderson with Idaho Electric Signs, is requesting design review approval of
their existing building wall sign for Healthsouth. The site is located on the west side of
Rivershore Lane within Channel Center Subdivision at 655 South Rivershore Lane.
C. DR-9-01- Buildine Wall Sien for Red Hot Shack Deli - Randv West: Randy West,
represented by Bryant Ideas, is requesting design review approval to construct a building
wall sign for Red Hot Shack Deli. The site is located on the south side of State Street
within Eagle Professional Plaza at 611 East State Street.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. DR-68-00 - Common Area Landscapine for Banbury Meadows Subdivision No.5 -
Banbury Meadows LLC: Banbury Meadows LLC, represented by Dick Phillips, is
requesting design review approval of the landscaping within the common area of Banbury
Meadows Subdivision No.5. The site is located on the east and west sides of Locust Grove
Road extended approximately ~ mile north of Chinden Boulevard. This item was continued
from the January 11,2001 meeting.
B. DR- 70-00 - Phase I Common Area Landscapine within Eaele River Subdivision - Eaele
River LLC: Eagle River LLC, represented by Phil Hull with the Land Group, is requesting
design review approval for subdivision signage and for a portion of common area
landscaping within Eagle River Subdivision. This Phase I landscaping plan is limited to the
landscaping along the interior streets and within the common areas along and adjacent to
Eagle Road and State Highway 44. The site is located on the southeast corner of Eagle Road
and Highway 44. This item was continuedfrom the January 11,2001 meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. DR-72-00 - Multi-Tenant Office Buildine (Addition) - Old Town I. LLC: Old Town I,
LLC, represented by Mark Butler, is requesting design review approval to construct a 646-
square foot addition to an existing 816-square foot office building, creating a multi-tenant
office building. The site is located on the east side of North 2nd Street approximately 75-
feet north of State Street at 50 North 2nd Street.
B. DR- 73-00 - Classrooms for Eaele Academy School- Meridian School District No.2:

Ocker, is requesting design review approval to construct a 12,000-square foot classroom
building to replace the existing four relocatable classroom buildings. The site is located on
the north side of Academy Way approximately 600-feet north of State Street at 100 South
Academy Way.
C. DR-I-0l- Camille Beckman Office and Production Facilitv Phase I - Camille Beckman:
Camille BeckmanIFoad and Susan Roghani, represented by Billy Ray Strite with BRS
Architects, are requesting design review approval to construct a 104,340-square foot office
and production facility and perimeter landscaping. This is the first of three phases which
include manufacturing, production, packaging, and office facilities, English cottage style
shops, showrooms, bed and breakfast accommodations, gardens, amphitheater and other
similar uses. The site is located on the southeast corner of Highway 44 and Park Lane.
D. DR-2-0l- Common Area Landscaoine for Countryside Estates Subdivision - Capital
Development and Tom Ricks: Capital Development and Tom Ricks, represented by Dave
Koga with The Land Group, is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping of Countryside Estates Subdivision. The site is located on the northwest corner
of Highway 44 and Ballantyne Lane.
E. DR-4-01 - Common Area Landscapine for Red Leaf Manor Subdivision - Hill View
Development: Hill View Development Corporation, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping of
Red Leaf Manor Subdivision. The site is located on the south side of Floating Feather Road
approximately ~ mile east of Eagle Road.
F. DR-5-01- Common Area Landscapine for Red LeafHeiehts Subdivision - Hill View
Development: Hill View Development Corporation, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping of
Red Leaf Heights Subdivision. The site is located on the southeast corner of Floating
Feather Road and Eagle Road.
G. DR-6-01- Common Area Landscaoine for Eaele Towne and Country includine the
WinCo Buildine - Eaele Development Associates LLC: Eagle Development Associates,
represented by Jeff Huber, is requesting design review approval of the common area
landscaping of Eagle Towne and Country Centre and approval of a 99,000-square foot
WinCo Foods building. The site is located on the north side of State Street between
Highway 55 and Horseshoe Bend Road at 3182 East State Street.
