CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: ANDERSON, KAUFFMAN, MC CULLOUGH, MURRAY, VANCE. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 4. A. Minutes of April 8, 1999. OLD BUSINESS: 5. 6. A. ZOA-2-99 - Si!!n Re!!ulation Amendments- Board of Directors Ea~le Chamber of Commerce: An Ordinance Amending Eagle City Code Title 8 "Zoning", Chapter 2 "Zoning Districts And Maps", Article A "DR Design Review Overlay District", Section 8 "Sign Regulations"; And Section 9 "Procedures", And Providing An Effective Date. The proposed amendments in part: would eliminate the City's prohibition of internally illuminated signs; would allow additional and larger monument signs; would allow additional and larger wall signs; would allow special portable signs; would provide criteria for temporary signs; would change the Design Review procedures so only master sign plans and internally illuminated signs would require Design Review Board approval with all other signs requiring review to be approved by the City staff. This item was continued from the April 8, 1999 meeting. The public hearing was closed at that time. NEW BUSINESS: None PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. DR-18-99 - New Buildin~ Wall Si!!n For Jensen Real Estate Within Bosanka Villa~e- Jensen Real Estate: Jensen Real Estate, represented by Debbie Anderson with Idaho Electric Signs, is requesting design review approval of a proposed wall sign for Jensen Real Estate located within Bosanka Village at 391 West State Street, Suite B. This item was continued from the April 8, 1999 meeting B. DR-9-99 - Monument Si!!n for Williamson Horse Ranch - Sylvan and Barbara Williamson: Sylvan Williamson, represented by Dan Kudar with Real Signs, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval of an off-premises monument sign to be located at the southeast comer of Eagle Road and Island Woods Drive. C. DR-21-99 - Landscape Plan for September Subdivision (formally Ea~le Knoll Estates Subdivision) - Providence Develo1Jment Group.
