A. DR-8-98 - New Dentist Office within Periwinkle Subdivision - Gree Davis: Greg
Davis, DDS, represented by Clair Eberhardt with Hearthstone, Inc., is requesting
design review approval for a 3,381 sq. ft. dental office to be located on Lot 2, Block 1
of Periwinkle Subdivision. The .47-acre site is located on the south side of E. State
Street approximately 600- feet east of Stierman Way at 701 E. State Street.
