A. DR-4-98 - New Office (Insurance) Buildin~ in Channel Center Subdivision-
Thomas & Karen Sellin: Thomas and Karen Sellin, represented by Mike Fairchild,
are requesting design review approval for a 4,481 sq. ft. office building (with
monument and wall sign) proposed to be located in the new Channel Center
commercial subdivision at 483 S. Rivershore Lane. The site is located on the
southwest comer of State Highway 44 and Eagle Road. This item was continued from
the March 12, 1998 meeting.
