REQUEST FOR ACTION:
A. Larry Schwartz, with daVinci's Restaurant, is requesting approval to modify some of the
exterior finishes previously approved as part of the DR-19-97 (Bank Club restoration)
application. The site is located on the northwest corner of East State Street and 1st Street
at 190 East State Street.
