A. DR-23-97 - Manufactured Home Park within Lexington Hills #11 - Edge
Development: Edge Development, represented by Van Elg with Briggs
Engineering, Inc., is requesting design review approval for a 56-space
manufactured home park located within Lexington Hills Subdivision phase #11.
The site is located at the northeast comer of Lexington Hills Subdivision,
approximately Yz-mile north of Floating Feather Road abutting existing State
Highway 55 on the east.
