OLD BUSINESS:
A. DR -15-97 - rodoor Recreational Center - Reid Merrill: Reid Menill is reqnesting
design review approval for a 47,800 sq. ft. indoor recreational center to be located
on the back portion of the parcel at 1125 E. State Street. The 8-acre site is
approximately ~-mile east of Eagle Road and approximately 800- feet south of
State Street.
NEW BUSINESS:
A. DR-19-97 - Bank Club remodel and addition - Larrv Schwartz: Larry Schwartz is
requesting design review approval to refurbish the 1,282 sq. ft. Bank Club and
construct a 2,210 sq. ft. addition to the building. The building is located on the
northwest corner of State Street and 1 st Street at 190 East State Street.
B.
DR-20-97 - Restoration Sign - Sue Owen: Sue Owen, with Restoration, is
requesting design review approval for a wall sign to be located on the old Jensen
Real Estate building. The site is located approximately 200-feet east of 2nd Street
at 360 E. State Street.
