A. DR-I3-97 - Monument sign for Eagle Middle School- Debbie Anderson: Eagle Middle
School, represented by Debbie Anderson with Idaho Electric Signs, is requesting design
review approval for a monument sign to be located at the middle school. The site is
located Yz-mile west of Eagle Road at 1000 West Floating Feather.

DR-12-97 - Five Unit Multi-Residential Project - Bill Webster: Edge Development,
LLC, represented by Bill Webster, is requesting design review approval for a five unit
multi-residential project that includes one 1,600 sq. ft. house, one 2,400 sq. ft. duplex,
one 1,200 sq. ft. house, and one 1,400 sq. ft. manufactured home. The I-acre site is
located 400- feet north of State Street at 196 Cobblestone Lane.

DR-1l-97 - Two Multi-Tenant Retail Buildinl!s within Eagle Plaza - Billv Rav Strite:
Edge Development, represented by Billy Ray Strite with BRS Architects, is requesting
design review approval for two multi-tenant retail buildings (one 10,200 sq. ft. building
and one 8,400 sq. ft. building). The 4.4-acre site is located on the east side of Eagle
Road approximately Y4-mile south of State Street at 174 South Eagle Road (temp.
address).
