JOINT MEETING MINUTES
June 22, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: KUNZ, BASTIAN, SOELBERG. ABSENT: PRESTON. A
quorum is present.
3. DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ROLL CALL: GRUBB, BRASHER, SAYER.
SCHAFER, BAER, GERMANO. ABSENT: KOCI A quorum is present.
4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads all in the pledge of allegiance.
5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
A. Review landscape requirements with regard to plant quantities in open areas and
replacement requirements.
General discussion about flexibility in regard to size and number of landscape
requirements/design. Discussion about landscaping around signage.
B. Modify maximum height of buildings in relation to the comprehensive plan and
best building practices.
General discussion about thoughts on maximum height of buildings, several new
buildings are coming in wanting the opportunity for more height.
C. Review the Eagle Architecture Site and Design (EASD) book in relation to
architectural styles being proposed.
This item will be discussed at the next joint meeting in September.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
