JOINT MEETING MINUTES
March 9, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor calls the meeting to order at 5:05 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: KUNZ, BASTIAN, PRESTON, SOELBERG.
Kunz and Bastian are present.
3. DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ROLL CALL: GRUBB, BRASHER, SAYER,
SCHAFER, BAER, GERMANO, KOCI. All present.
4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads all in the pledge of allegiance.
5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
A. Architectural styles provided within development agreements and the ability to
modify/change things.
General discussion about architectural styles and Board involvement in development
agreements.
B. Better understanding 'feeling from the Council about requesting applicants to add
additional details or elements to a project that may add additional cost to the
overall project.
General discussion about what direction the council has for design standards.
C. Franchise colors and logos.
Discussion about franchise colors and logos and what direction the council would like
the Board to take when these come through for approval.
Discussion and agreement that to meet on a quarterly basis would be beneficial.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Hearing no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:17pm.
