DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
MINUTES
The Design Review Board met in regular session June 23, 2005, Vice-Chairman Stanger
presiding.
1.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman McCullough calls the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2.
ROLL CALL: The following members were present: STANGER, FLOEGEL, GRUBB,
ZASTROW, BARNES, COUNCIL LIAISON BASTIAN. A quorum is present.
ABSENT: MCCULLOUGH, BOWEN

CONSENT AGENDA
. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member, City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent
Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the
Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
. Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the
City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda
approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of June 9, 2005.
B. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-25-05 - Common Area
Landscapine: within Pony Subdivision No.2 - Tom and Connie Jones: Tom and
Connie Jones, represented by Pat Tealy with Tealey's Land Surveying, are requesting
design review approval of the common area landscaping within Pony Subdivision No.
2. The site is located on the south side of Beacon Light Road at 1497 West Beacon
Light Road.
C. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-29-05 - Common Area
Landscapine: within Yorkshire Acres Subdivision - Paul B. Clayton Family
Trust: Paul B. Clayton Family Trust, represented by Gina Fegler with The Land
Group, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within
Yorkshire Acres Subdivision. The site is located on the south side of East Floating
Feather Road approximately 800-feet west of State Highway 55 at 2471 East Floating
Feather Road.
D. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-30-05 - Common Area
Landscapine: within Lae:una Pointe Subdivision - Coast 2 Coast LLC: Coast 2
Coast LLC, represented by Phil Hull with The Land Group, is requesting design
review approval of the common area landscaping within Laguna Pointe Subdivision.
The site is located on the east side of South Eagle Road approximately %-miles north
of Chinden Boulevard at 2260 South Eagle Road.

E. Findine:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for DR-47-05 - Common Area
Landscapine: within Rine:o Ride:e Estates No.2 - P. O. Ventures. Inc.: P. O.
Ventures, Inc., represented by Cheryl Moriarty, is requesting design review approval
of the common area landscaping within Ringo Ridge Estates No.2. The site is
generally located northwest of Hill Road and State Highway 55.
Grubb moves to approve the consent ae:enda as written. items 3A. 3B. 3C. 3D and
3E. Seconded by Barnes. ALL A YE...MOTION CARRIES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.
5. NEW BUSINESS: None.
6. REPORTS:
A. Design Review Board: Winco discussion.
B. Council Liaison: None.
C. Staff: Rembrandt's color. Country Attic signage. Billboard signage for PGA
golf Tournament. The Board feels that the billboard is fine.
