Route to: MAY 0 8 2001 We are asking you to consider the following changes to said conditions of approval on said property: 1. Remove the six trees on the East side of the building and replace with concrete for the following reason: • We only have 7' from building to a 6' high fence Limiting the area available to grow in. • Restrict access to Gas and Power Companies • Restrict tenant access and use of said area. • Maintenance Headache Rubbing against fence and building Leaves in the fall filling the rain gutters and fenced in areas with wet old leaves. Plus adding leaves onto the neighboring property as well for them to take care off. 2. Change 6' wooden fence to a 6' chain Zink with white slats. • More durable and safer for tenants • Long term care and look for area much better. Thank you for your time and consideration on these matters. We too want it to look good and enhance the area not only today but also into the future.
