DR-13-97 - Monument si!!n for Eal!le Middle School - Debbie Anderson: Eagle Middle
School, represented by Debbie Anderson with Idaho Electric Signs, is requesting design review
approval for a monument sign to be located at the middle school. The site is located ~-mile west
of Eagle Road at 1000 West Floating Feather.
Vance introduces issue.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Vance moves approval of the sign with the condition that the color of the base be the
same as the color of the body and that all site specific and standard conditions of
approval noted within the staff report apply. Seconded by Martinez. ALL
AYE:MOTION CARRIES....
DR-12-97 - Five Unit Multi-Residential Project - Bill Webster: Edge Development, LLC,
represented by Bill Webster, is requesting design review approval for a five unit multi-residential
project that includes one 1,600 sq. ft. house, one 2,400 sq. ft. duplex, one 1,200 sq. ft. house, and
one 1,400 sq. ft. manufactured home. The I-acre site is located 400-feet north of State Street at
196 Cobblestone Lane.

DR-1l-97 - Two Multi-Tenant Retail Buildin s within Ea Ie Plaza - Bill Ra Strite: Edge
Development, represented by BiIly Ray Strite with BRS Architects, is requesting design review
approval for two multi-tenant retail buildings (one 10,200 sq. ft. building and one 8,400 sq. ft.
building). The 4.4-acre site is located on the east side of Eagle Road approximately ~-mile south
of State Street at 174 South Eagle Road (temp. address).
Vance introduces issue.

Murray moves to approve DK-1l-97 with the site specific and add four conditions:
#5 - that clarification be made with regards to the 56' or 50' right-of-way, and that if it is 56', that
it be so noted on the drawings.
#6 - that the point of discussion for recessed entry be noted in the condition that the design review
accepts the canopy as satisfYing that condition and would not require the recessed entry.
#7 - that the berm wall height of 4' terminate at the point of tangency, be shown on the plans and
that the wall step down to meet either berm or grade level.
#8 - that the vinyl siding be changed to wood embossed metal siding with the same color or near to
the color submitted with the application.
Seconded by Vance. ALL AYE:MOTION CARRIES....
