CALL TO ORDER:

ROLL CALL: MEMBERS:: Witte, Martinez, Vance - Present: Murray, Pedersen,
Council Liaison - Merrill Absent. A Quorum is present.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Vance moves to approve the minutes of March 13, 1997, March 27,1997, and April 10,
1997. Second by Martinez. ALL AYE. MOTION CARRIES....
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. DR-8-97 - Multi-Tenant Retail Building in Channel Center Subdivision - B.B. One, Inc.:
RB. One, Inc.(Dennis Baker and Associates), represented by Dan Torfin, is requesting design review
approval for a 8,746 sq. ft. retail building proposed to be located in the new Channel Center commercial
subdivision at 60 I Rivershore Lane. The 1. I-acre site is located on the southwest comer of W Inlet Bay
Ln. and Eagle Rd., approximately 400-feet south of new State Highway 44.
Vance introduces issue.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Vance moves approval with the trash enclosure being moved closer to North Rivershore
Ln. with whatever opportunity can avail itself to try to work something out in a joint use
between the bank and the shopping center. All standard conditions of approval apply.
Seconded by Martinez. ALL AYE:MOTION CARRIES....
R Discussion of CEDA extension along Eagle Road south to the north channel of the Boise River
(enclosed is a map of a possible CEDA extension as previously discussed by the City Council and CEDA
regulations from the Design Review Ordinance).
This item was removed from the agenda.

ADJOURNMENT:
Vance moves to adjourn, seconded by Martinez ALL AVE...MOTION CARRIES.
Having no further business the Design Review Board meeting adjourned.
