CELLULAR TOWER (DR-16-96) BOISE CITY CELLULAR PARTNERSHIP
Motion: Laura Markham moves to recommend denial of the application as it is
not in harmony with the City of Eagle downtown area plan and it is higher than
35'. She further recommends that, ifit is approved by Planning and Zoning, and
by City Council, the item come back to the Design Review Committee with a
redesign of the building and the landscaping surrounding building. The motion is
seconded by Franz Witte. Motion carries unanimously.
