Increased total amount of landscaping to comply with the ordinance phase 1 will exceed the
percentage of landscaping required and phase two is greatly increased. Jim stated this will meet
the percentage requirements. Also included the amount of planting material in the landscaping
areas. Specificaly in the areas that were discussed by the committee. Also has included the sign
at this time if the committee can or wishes to review. However this was not part of the original
part of the application they can untill a later date.
