Minutes: Correction building will read lines will show running
horizontal not vertical
Moved by Franz, seconded by Tal to approve the minutes of April
18, 1996.
Unfinished business:
A.
Crawford Autobody expansion
Crawfords will increase the landscaping to 10% in the front by
adding flowing bushes and trees. Changed the design of the
parking in the NW Corner to include the increase of landscaping
needed. Building: Eliminated the yellow pipeline running
horizontally along the building. Also eliminated the royal blue
paint on the entire front of the building, and limited the royal
blue to just the area above the canopy, making that area a part
of the total signage, with the individual interior illuminated
NAPA 3' square and the non illuminated yellow AutoParts with red
underslash,signs to be placed on area in blue directly above the
canopy. Canopy, Crown on top of building, and posted supporting
the canopy will be dark grey. The main body including around the
windows will be painted light grey.
Motion to pass Crawford Autobody Expansion. By Witte, Seconded
Trautman. All in favor AYE. None Opposed.
B. Lyons Pride Building:
Changes to Mechanicals include moving them to the S.E.side of
building. The buildings still remain Metal, which is prohibited
in ECC Code. Motion to Deny by Witte, seconded by Markham. All
In Favor Aye. None Opposed.
Reports: Tree inventory, Still interested in doing the tree
inventory. Will get more information to report to the council.
Subway Signs: Barbara was not here to report on letter
to be written by Barbara, and Mike. Will Continue to next
agenda.
