EAGLE CITY LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE MINUTES
March 30, 1995
Members present: Laura Markham, Phil Hull, Franz Witte, Pete
Centorino, Morgan Masner, Barbara Montgomery. Absent: Carol West,
Tal Trautman.
Chairman Laura Markham conducted the meeting.
Moved by Morgan and seconded by Franz to approve the minutes of
March 30, 1995. All Aye: Motion carried.
CHAUMONT SUBDIVISION - LANDSCAPE

The current design was not available for the committee to review.
They requested a continuance of the matter. The members also want
to receive landscape plat maps of all developments. The plats must
note the percentage of common (open) area.

Chaumont will be rescheduled for April 12 meeting.
ARBORETUM: The current plan to install concrete and stamped
concrete was discussed. The committee members were avid about
installing pavers rather than concrete. Pete thought he should
have been given the opportunity to bid on the concrete. The
committee requested to be put on the Council agenda for April 11 to
discuss the issue with Council. Morgan agreed to support the
proposal for pavers in the center of the project. Barbara said she
wants representatives from the committee at the meeting to discuss
it. Phil, Pete and Franz will attend to represent the committee.
Phil Hull from the Land Group gave a report on the status of the
revision of the Design Review and Landscaping Ordinance. The
committee discussed the "Guidelines", but did not have time to
discuss the ordinance that accompanies the guidelines. The
committee was asked to do further review and the discussion will
continue at the next meeting.
The Park Report was continued until the next meeting.
