EAGLE CITY LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE MINUTES
February 9, 1995
Members present: Laura Markham Phil Hull, Carol West, Morgan
Masner, Tal Trautman, Absent: Pete Centorino, Barbara Montgomery,
Franz Witte.
Chairman Laura Markham conducted the meeting.
Moved by Masner and seconded by Hull to approve the minutes of
December 8, 1995. Motion carried.
SUGARBERRY SUBDIVISION:
Lorin Saunders presented his landscaping plan to the Committee. He
agreed to water and maintain ACHD right of way in front of his
development and stated that his entry way would have 2 street
lights on each side. He is planning to use the same lights as the
new street lights in downtown Eagle. He will be coming in at a
later date with a sign plan.
Moved by Masner and seconded by Trautman to accept the plan as
presented with the condition that the developer agree to maintain
ACHD right of way. Motion carried.
WE-DO-IT LUBE SERVICE;
Cliff Grossman presented his landscaping plan for the Quick Lube
project which is next to the U-Do-It-Car-Wash on State Street. He
agreed that he needed to go back and seed and maintain the State
right of way on State Street.
Moved by Masner and seconded by West to approve the plan with the
condition that he will maintain the State right of way. Motion
carried.
Phil Hull from the Land Group gave a report on the status of the
revision of the Design Review and Landscaping Ordinance. Attached
is a time schedule on the project.
Moved by Masner and seconded by Trautman to adjourn the meeting.
The time was 8:40 p.m. Motion carried.
